New Online Booking System

From Tuesday 9th December, we will be moving to a new online booking system, SystmConnect. This change is the first step in our move towards a Total Triage model, which we plan to introduce fully in January 2026.

The new online system is simply a change in system. You will still fill in a form that lets you tell us what you need and will help us respond more quickly. This information helps us understand your needs and make sure you are directed to the most appropriate care.

If you are not able to use the online form, please don’t worry. You can still call the surgery as normal and a member of our reception team will be happy to help by completing the form with you.

Moving to this new system is an important part of preparing for Total Triage. Once Total Triage goes live in January, every request to see or speak to a doctor will be reviewed by a clinician first. This helps us make sure you receive the right care for your needs, whether that’s an appointment, advice, or support from another local service.
