The easiest way is through the NHS App. This is a free app which you can download from your phone’s app store (Android and Apple devices).

If you have not logged in before, you will be asked to create a new account, which you will need your NHS number for. You can find your NHS number here: Find your NHS number - NHS (www.nhs.uk).

Once your account has been setup, you will be able to make appointments as well as manage your repeat prescriptions through the app without the need to contact the practice.

You can also use SystmOne to book non-urgent appointments. To get access to SystmOne, you will need to register for online services with the practice.

To do this, fill out our online form which you can pick up from the practice. You will then be sent a text message/email with your login details to access the system.
